Vinita's Virtual Yoga Journey Through Isolation

In this animated video, we tell the story of Vinita, who gracefully faced the challenges of the pandemic by reinventing her yoga classes for the digital realm, in the face of restrictions.

Vinita’s innovative Chair Yoga sessions via Zoom became a lifeline, offering connection and mobility to those isolated at home, particularly seniors. Her narrative is one of joyful positivity; during the turmoil brought on by the pandemic, she discovered a renewed sense of purpose by teaching online with MOSAIC and enjoying heartfelt recognition from the community.

This video transcends the personal journey of Vinita; it celebrates the profound adaptability, resilience, and the capacity of the human spirit to learn and grow, regardless of age. Witness Vinita’s resilience in action, embodying strength and balance, and mastering the art of finding peace amidst new normal.
